USDT deposit email notifications: email, Telegram and payment callbacks
Deposit email alerts tell merchants about business events. Website credit and fulfillment still depend on queries and verified callbacks. USDC follows its selected network and settings too. Keep address observation, order confirmation, human alerts and business credit distinct.
Check your plan and message scope
Transaction email and Telegram alerts require an active paid plan and the appropriate settings. Free accounts and expired paid plans falling back to Free do not send these alerts. Check current plans; free registration does not promise email alerts. A balance increase does not necessarily create a notifiable order.
Configure deposit email in account settings
- Open merchant notification settings, enable email and verify the recipient address.
- Select a scope including transaction messages and explicitly save your changes.
- Compare events and logs using an authorized test workflow; do not pay twice to test email.
- For Telegram, complete the on-screen binding, enable its scope and save separately.
See the notifications and API tutorial. Initial deposit detection does not send these alerts; eligible confirmation or processing events and merchant settings determine delivery. Verify mailbox-provider compatibility and actual delivery in your own environment.
Email, Telegram and webhook serve different purposes
Email and Telegram alert people and may fail because of scope, recipients or transport. A business callback goes to your server and requires signature validation, order checks and idempotency. Receiving email does not prove business credit, and business processing must not wait for email.
External address observation neither imports private keys nor provides arbitrary transaction webhooks. Use dedicated bindings for continuing top-ups and orders with QR codes for fixed amounts.
Funds arrived but no email was received
- Check asset, network, original order, confirmation and merchant identity, then plan validity.
- Check email enablement, recipient, transaction scope and saved settings; verify Telegram separately.
- Review success, failure and skipped records. A successful send record still requires inbox, spam-folder and mailbox-filter checks.
- Escalate with order number, event time and error; do not share API keys, passwords or private keys.
Query the original order without asking the customer to pay again. For unprocessed callbacks, follow callback recovery and repair receiving and duplicate protection.
Validate without duplicate credit
Check terminal order state, logs, callbacks and business balance or access independently. Process repeated callbacks once; email does not decide credit. Test environments may record messages locally, so local success does not prove production inbox delivery.
