UUGate agent partnerships: activation, commissions and monthly settlement

UUGate supports agent partnerships for merchant service providers, integrators and referral partners. Contact support on Telegram to discuss your business and activate a separate agent account.
Getting started
After activation, share your invitation link with new merchants. A merchant who completes new-account registration through the link is assigned to you. There is one agent level and no sub-agents. Agent accounts cannot be used as merchant accounts. Merchants purchase at the platform price; agents do not add a markup.
Subscription commissions
Eligible charges for purchases, upgrades and renewals earn 10% of the actual charged amount, rounded up to a whole USDT. A charge of 499 earns 50; a charge of 500.01 earns 51. For multiple months, calculate once from the discounted total: 537.30 earns 54, without rounding each month separately.
The agent rules page shows current monthly prices and undiscounted one-month commissions. See the pricing page for current plans. Top-ups and manual credits do not themselves earn commissions; eligible spending does. Gift credit is excluded, unpaid charges become eligible after payment, and refunds adjust commissions. Existing records retain their original rules.
Network fees and settlement
Each paid payout or sweep network-fee order earns 0.5 USDT. Failed orders refunded to the merchant reverse the commission; successful on-chain confirmation is required for settlement. On the first day of each month, Beijing time, eligible commissions from prior months are settled. The minimum payout is 10 USDT; smaller balances carry forward. Choose USDT on TRON or BSC. The platform covers the network fee.
Bind Google two-factor authentication and save one settlement network and its USDT address in your agent account. Review earnings and payout progress separately in commission and settlement records. Contact support to get started.
